We use the following guidelines to calculate the postage rates for your packages. Prices are in Canadian dollars.

Shipping within Canada

Letter Mail: contents and packaging less than 3/4" thick and less than 500 grams.

• Up to 100 gms $1.65
• Up to 200 gms $2.45
• Up to 500 gms $3.15

Expedited Parcel: contents and packaging thicker than 3/4" and/or more than 500 grams. We have a special arrangement with Canada Post where Expedited Parcels are the same price as regular parcel post so we always use Expedited. These rates depend on your postal code and the weight and dimensions of the package. Most of our packages tend to range from $6.50 within Calgary up to $18.00 to the Maritime provinces.

Shipping to the USA

Letter Mail: documents (charts, magazines) only. Contents and packaging less than 3/4" thick and less than 500 grams.

• Up to 100 gms $2.45
• Up to 200 gms $3.70
• Up to 500 gms $6.90

Small Packet Air Mail: items other than documents and/or contents and packages are more than 3/4" thick.

• Up to 250 gms $6.95
• Up to 500 gms $9.05
• Up to 1 kg $13.75

Expedited Parcel: all items over 1 kg. These rates depend on the weight and dimensions of the package. Most of our packages tend to range from $16.50 to $22.00.

Shipping Internationally

Letter Mail: documents (charts, magazines) only. Contents and packaging less than 3/4" thick and less than 500 grams.

• Up to 100 gms $4.25
• Up to 200 gms $6.90
• Up to 500 gms $13.30

Small Packet Air Mail: items other than documents and/or contents and packages are more than 3/4" thick.

• Up to 250 gms $8.25
• Up to 500 gms $15.25
• Up to 1 kg $31.15
• Up to 2 kg $48.90

Over 2 kg, rates depend on destination country, weight and dimensions of the package.
